Non slip hair clips

Does anyone know the best way to make nonslip hair clips? Like on the alligator clips that have nothing on them.

Re: Non slip hair clips

There are nonslip items you can purchase to put on the clips. I forget what they're called exactly, and don't really know where to buy them. The clips I use have teeth, so they don't slip, negating the need for nonslip stuff. Probably a good place to start looking is www.theribbonretreat.com and www.hipgirlclips.com

Re: Non slip hair clips

Actually the most cost effective is to get some nonslip drawer liner and cut and line the inside of your clips with those since that's basically what they are ;P

I do the same thing Leighianna. You can get them at your local 99 cents store and they come in a ton of colors. You just have to sit and cut them.

Re: Non slip hair clips

If you want premade ones there are a couple of etsy sellers who have them, just type in "non slip grip" under supplies.
