I am always looking for health tips...so I thought I would start this thread and share some of mine. Please share yours too!
I use plain yogurt instead of Sour Cream. After awhile, you won't even notice the difference. It also doubles well for yogurt in the morning, I add honey or vanilla for flavour.
I rarely eat regular pasta anymore. I always use spaghetti squash in place of pasta. Sooo easy, and if paired with a good sauce, just as good as spaghetti. I don't feel as bad eating a ton of it, because it is just a vegetable. (let me know if you need a recipe)
I shred lots of vegetables and hide them in ever thing. I especially love shredded beets. I put them on my salad, in my spaghetti sauce, in chilli, in soups, etc. They might change the colour a bit. I also hide any other type of vegetable in many things, chop em up small and put them in.
