I used LA Weight Loss to lose weight for my wedding. It only worked because I had the big carrot of not wanting to forever hate my wedding photos hanging over my head. I hit my goal the week before my wedding, but didn't stay there for long. When they told me not to enjoy the cake at my own wedding, I thought "eff this!" I've found that if I'm going to restrict myself that much, any weight loss i manage to achieve won't stick around.
So now I work out 6 days a week (I do videos from BeachBody - specifically Insanity) and eat what i want, within reason. I try to remember the stuff i learned from the weight loss place, but it's really basic, like the food pyramid. I try to drink more water, which always seems like a losing battle... but at least I try!
I did try alli, as well, and I was careful to follow the restrictions so I never ended up with oily farts, but I didn't see any real results, either.
