Deactivation, and no support

Hello, I sell fabric. During April, my sales increased. I am a supply company I do not sell a finished product. At the end of April I was sent a thank you for supplying people with the material for face masks, and rewarded reimbursement for 41 transaction fees. The following day my ads were deactivated stating I was making medical claims about the product I sell. No such claims were made. I have no way of communicating with anyone from Etsy on this issue. I have shut down my store completely until I am able to speak with someone from Etsy to understand why I was targeted. I do not wish to acquire additional deactivations. I wanted to make others aware of this experience and please reply if this has happened to you. If you were able to get this issue resolved I would like to know how.

Thank you

Liz

Re: Deactivation, and no support

Sorry to hereabout your issue. I would do a search in Fiverr.com for Etsy experts/specialists to see if there's a way they could help to resolve this.

All the best.

Re: Deactivation, and no support

I didn't know this existed, thank you. This is a wonderful resource for some projects I am working on. However, I don't see the value in paying for Etsy support, when I pay fees. Support should be available to sellers. I am boycotting Etsy during the pandemic.
