I'm looking for someone to build a website for me. I don't need any hosting etc.
My budget is $300 dollars.
A few key things i'm looking for are:
- 5-6 pages
- A Slider for Featured Posts
-Footer with link to TOS and Disclaimer.
I'm not looking for something that screams "blog" i'm more looking for a magazine layout for the site. Examples of sites I like are: Makeup.com and Fashionologie
This sites main theme is Fashion, Makeup, News.
