Ok here we go!
Firstly, I see that you're really are a very new shop. Well done for getting your first sale that's great! Love the name – very fitting. I think that you need to include a banner for your shop; I’m thinking you could maybe make up one of your bracelets with letter-beads to spell out your shop name and then photograph it on macro. You could then edit it to the right size and add it to your page. I think this would really enhance the overall professionalism of your shop and just introduce it to the shopper when they land on your page.
The first thing about your shop which hits me when I click on it is, of course, your photos. You've done well in that all of the item can be seen in the thumbnail which is a great start – keep going with this as the customer likes to see everything you’re selling without having to click on every image. I think that, overall, the photos you have a quite dark, none of them really ‘zing’… When I scroll down and just look at the bottom two lines of photos, they look much cleaner and brighter which is really inviting on the eye. Thinking of the theme of your shop, I think it would be really nice to photograph your work outside? I don’t know the US very well but if you can find somewhere really leafy and green with maybe some water in the background then you could place your bracelets on branches and on rocks and get some amazing close ups with really vibrant, bluey-green colours. If you want to keep your shop looking regimented then do go for the bright background that you’re using but try to include more photos, the more you have the more chance you have of convincing the customer of buying!
Great job with your actual products by the way, your bracelets are really ‘in’ at the moment though you probably already know that. The colours are looking great, as you add more items try to keep a mix of the cream and the colours as I think they look great together – love the little heart and peace beads you have! Reasonably priced, good, make sure you are accurately representing the time it took you to make each one but I think you are already.
In terms of your descriptions, I think they need to be a little more in depth which I know is a pain to write but it will really encourage buyers if all the information is right there for them as well as protect you in any one gets something they don’t expect. Absolutely LOVE the little description that you have already (definitely spread the love!) but you may want to also write about the exact length of each bracelet, if the can be altered, how you package them, do they itch…all of these things are really useful for the buyers to know.
Similar with your shipping and policies – the more information you can include the better!
Overall, I want to say really well done so for, it’s so great that you’ve had a sale already so you’re definitely on the right tracks! Think of your display and how customers see your shop and just keep adding more of your lovely bracelets and I’m sure your sales will come flying in.
