Ok, what? Why will no one buy anything?

I can't get any sales. The only things I have sold so far have been to friends.

I tweet, pin and facebook all my items. I have made huge efforts to keep costs down, I am on sub-minimum wage and lots of time spent on my shop is not accounted for in the prices. I take time over my photos. I adjust my tags seasonally. lots of people come in and favourite things. I have been in several treasuries.

Please enlighten me as to why no one will buy anything!

I'm no expert, but I would love to help (maybe you could help me too!). I love your stuff, it's colorful and looks well made! I think with these kinds of items it's the photos that sell the items. Take you child hat, you find the cutest kid you can and take some great photos of that kid in that hat. People want to picture themselves of their children in these items so if you have cute kids and attractive people wearing them, they will think that by wearing them they will be more attractive. I know it sounds crazy, but it's how multimillion dollar companies get us to buy things everyday!

I would also add your shop name to your banner. Branding! You want people to know at a glance what shop they are in.

You might also consider a coupon for an intensive and use facebook and social media to spread the word.
