I'd like to get a gemstone and/or diamond tester that can run on batteries so I can bring it with me when I go treasure hunting. I also have some vintage gemstone jewelry to sell and want to verify the stones.
I'd love to hear your thoughts, both positive and negative, on gemstone and/or diamond testers.
Is there one tool that's good for both or should I get one for diamonds and another for gemstones?
