Hi Everyone!

I don't know if you know, but recently Pintrest.com was involved in a legal battle. The website's terms dictated that once something was posted to Pintrest, they had the rights to it. AKA - Pintrest could use the images and information posted on their website (I'm sure mostly products in your shop) to sell or create items from it without your permission.

Pintrest no longer does this, but www.TheFind.com does.

I checked out the website because that is where one of my customer search results came from.

I went to the TheFind and almost signed up as a merchant. However, after reading their Content For Use terms I did not complete the application.

I think making an account is free of charge, but in the end you technically won't control your products any longer.

I just wanted to send out a warning to all the teams I am on.

These are their terms - they explain that you own the content, but they can use that content in any way they (or any affiliates they have) want. Your agreement to let them do so is by signing up as a merchant.
