Does it bug anyone else that some of the stuff on Etsy is obviously not handmade?

many of the supplies and vintage items are obviously not hand made. Some items that are considered vintage make me shake my head and think "why?". However etsy is still a fabulous promoter of handmade and nothing like the giant garage sale that is ebay.

Sometimes, especially when they sell at a lower price so the sellers that make 100% handmade items have to lower their prices.

I think Etsy is great because it allows me to showcase my vintage items in a beautiful way (I loathe ebay). I've only run into a few sellers who sell things that are obviously not vintage, but they are few and far between.

I think that if the handmade product is unique enough, the price is irrelevant. People are going to buy it for the display picture, the shop and the quality.

I think Etsy is great too. And there really is no
way to weed out the people that sell stuff made commercially. It gets discouraging when their stuff is so much cheaper though.
