Lotsa stuff in Georgia. I just finished a very successful labor day weekend at Dragoncon!! http://artshow.dragoncon.org/index.html
Artist applications start being accepted in April, I think.
I was part of their art show. Very awesome. A lot of amazing artists!
There are also a ton of festivals through out the fall season. Pretty much one or more every weekend starting in September and ending before Christmas.
