Although I've always proudly flown my geek flag, I've never delved into geekcraft. I am a potter and gourd artist who happened upon Perler beading this summer when my 7 year old son got interested in it. We spent hours together making Mario patterns we found online and reliving my NES childhood. From there, I decided to try my hand at creating my own geek-inspired patterns and characters. I've just decided to toss a few up on Esty to see how it goes. I'd love any feedback or tips as I begin to fly the geek banner in my art.
