Twitterpated Promotional Thread ~ Promote your shop by promoting others!

Rules:

1. Post your shop name and 3 items you would like tweeted so you are the last post. Please add your twitter name (@yourtwitter) to the end of each of your listings along with any hashtags you would like tweeted with your item. This way we can just copy and paste your item into twitter, and it makes it much quicker for everyone!

2. Tweet all three items of the person directly above your listings. Just click on the links, and share them from there.

3. Please do not forget the hashtag #djoy to make it easier for retweeting, and if you have room, please add the @(shop's twitter) and the hashtags #etsybot and #handmadebot

4. If you have time to spare, please feel free to tweet more items from the list above you.

5. This thread will be a sunday-sunday thread, but you can post your shop in it as many times as you want. This way, you HAVE to participate in the thread in order to get your items tweeted, making it fair for all the hard-working TwitterPaters :)

I have enjoyed meeting a great group of people that truly care....noted by when I was unable to participate because I was taking care of my 84 yr old mother's broken wrist...you tweeted my items anyway. Thank you so very much!

I also don't mind tweeting the items but I do have one question and that is...has anyone seen any difference in views or especially sales? Not trying to be a downer, just would really like to know.

Let's answer the questions about the sales, first of all I started my shop in October 2010. I didn't get one sale until March 2011. I did have the local school cheer squad project that kept me busy for months and provided free cheer clinic to my kids. Then I didn't have any more sales until that three weeks. I did see a lot of increase in fews. I have recently partaken in review giveaways, and am on several twitter teams. This is because it takes lots of help from others to get either off the ground or get back into the grove. From finding a job to loosing said job to back to focusing on my family and this. I couldn't have done it without the support the teams I am on. Thanks!

I've been in Cabo, and just getting home - trying to return to reality!!

SALES: My sales come in groups, I'll go quite awhile with no sales and then suddenly I'll get a bunch at once!

VIEWS: My views have very much increased through this group!

I agree with Sam, it takes a lot of work to get your Etsy store off the ground! This group has helped me immensely in helping me promote, promote, promote!!
