It wasn't easy. Seems Etsy is pretty content with minimizing interaction. Out of 6000+ members I think about a dozen have found the team since the changes took place. Absolutely heartbreaking.

I know. This is really sad. I don't know what they plan to accomplish. I'm hoping things will improve but not holding my breath.
