Beautiful day, feel like being lazy but I must get my orders worked on. I got the craziest email today . a buyer placed an international order yesterday and wants to know what the delay is in getting her order.
I went to Walmart to do my walking and it was crazy in there. They had almost every register working. I then went to subway for lunch, I have a rewards card and told the girl to make sure to add the points to my card.
Instead she wiped out my card of my points, not making me happy. I had to argue with the manager about what she was going to do since there is no way to put the points back on my card. She finally agreed to a free sub. I really wanted to say if the employees can not speak or understand English they should not be on the register.
Hello ladies! I'm back! Still adjusting and lots of chores to do but I opened my shop already. We had such a grand time in Canada. We reached the southern most tip of Canada in Pelee and drove to Quebec stopping by Kingston and Ottawa for a night until we came to Quebec City, then back to Burlington passing by Montreal and Belleville. Oh what a road trip it was and the Niagara falls was magnificent!! We're back and slowly getting back to normal...work hard for the bills coming.
Congrats on your orders ladies! I see everyone is busy working on orders and filling shop. Great going ladies and Tim! Still wonky here from lack of sleep but had to open shop and move on. Kids are now in school and baby in day care so I have time. soon I'll be back to my part time job as well. right now I have tons of laundry and cleaning to do.
Hi Aubrey, I loved the photos of your trip to Canada. It made me homesick, my hometown is about 1/2 hour from Montreal. When I was little we always took trips around the same area you went I loved Quebec city.

Speaking of weather, send us the rain storm. It's boiling hot in here and high humidity I am drenched from perspiration all the time it's exhausting.
Anne, baby N is now one year and a half month old. I have put him in a day care. Right now he is still adjusting. I take him from the day care at noon because he cries but he'll be fine.
I grew up in a small little town just outside Plattsburgh, NY. Most of the border patrol guards were from my town, Every year we would go to Quebec to Granby Zoo and Parc Safari. I do not know if they are still open , it has been years since I went.
I am keeping a close eye on them. I have friends in the Miami area, waiting to hear what they are going to do. Apparently, my area of Georgia should get some of the rain and heavy winds. I have a doctors appt. Tues and I believe that is when the weather is supposed to be bad. I hope not.
My inlaws live in The Villages and plan on hunkering down. Not a state I would want to be in seeing what is headed for them. Even worse, another hurricane is following right behind it. Prayers for all affected.
Looks like the latest track for Irma is that she is going to visit my area mon- Tues as a tropical storm. I have not heard from my doctors so I do not know if my doc apt is still on for Tues.
My friends will not leave florida but did move away from Miami.
I made today a me day since I do not know what next week will bring. Out for lunch, hair cut and colored. Now I guess I better get some work done on my orders.
The weather here in southwest Ohio is beautiful. Cool mornings and evenings. No humidity and beautiful sunshine in the afternoon. I wish it could be like this always. Windows are open and the house is comfy.

Mcdonalds is a wonderful place when they have power and wifi. I think everyone from my area is here with their computers and phones. I counted at least 20 cars in line thru the drive thru. The cars were out into the street. I thought the police would stop that but they were in line also. Found a parking space and turned on the computer.
I called all utilities and at & T. all should be working later today or tomorrow morning
Tim, it was my understanding only retail prices ( buying at the post office) were going to increase not the commercial rate that etsy uses with their labels.
