It was in the 90's here today... I think it is supposed to be the same tomorrow. I better get water or I am going to have to go somewhere to find a shower.
I had my first guest checkout sale and my first etsy studio sale. Sitting here waiting for the plumber to return to see why I have no water. Hope it is a simple and quick fix.
They have been digging since 10am, still can not find the blockage as to why when they turned the complex and neighbors water back on mine did not. They were calling my own plumber all kinds of names trying to blame him. Turns out it has nothing to do with his work. The problem is most likely before where my plumber replaced my water line 4 yrs ago.
Hope I have water soon. I had to go to the post office and pharm today but can not leave since they need to get in the house and I am not letting them in if I am not home.
Debbie, no, he has a doctor's appointment for test results on 5-23. He has some speech problems from the surgery but doctor says its early. He does have some spots on his kidney's however and I guess the tests will tell what they are.

Sorry no water yet and no carport to park my car. I am in the entrance way street since they had to dig it up. However, they did find the problem. Since they would not listen to me , they cut the water line to the neighbor and put a new one in for him. not believing me that I was attached to his line. I have no water because there is no water line to my house. They had to dig up my carport to put in a water line. Not sure who is paying but they all are very aware it is not going to be me. They promise me water by tonight. I have been bring them treats and cold water all day to keep them going. It is 90 degrees ,way to hot for this type of work with no breaks.
I have WATER Yeah ...... Both workers came and thanked me for being so understanding. One of my neighbors kept cursing at them because they had to shut the water off for 1hour. He told me he wanted to go down to her unit and cut her water off and then leave.
Thanks everyone, the only thing it cost me to get the water was a case of bottled water. I made the mistake of offering some cold water on the first day. Then about every 2-3 hrs they came to the door and wanted to know if I had any more bottled water. I had put as many as I could in the frig. The water only cost me $3.00 so I said nothing about that fact that they should have brought a cooler of water with them.
Yesterday in the 90 degree heat I was offering potato chips since they were sweating so much. I had not been to the store so I did not have much else in the house and I was real low on Gatorade and I needed that on hand.
They are finishing up all work today, they are out filling the holes and putting in the cement.
Anne,I agree about the water I could understand the first day since his boss had told him it was a 4 hr job. It took the entire week, they dug up 2 carports by hand with a jackhammer and shovel. They should have brought water the rest of the week. But I did not say a word I just wanted water.
I am sitting here wanting to cry. my rheumatologist just forwarded my labs that were drawn last week showing that I am still in a flare up. the numbers went higher then my most highest number. I see him Wed who knows what he will say or do. I just want to get back to normal.
Oh well off to work on orders before I get further behind.

I was productive over the weekend and listed pretty many new items in my shop. I've even been working on my other shop but now my repeat customer just emailed me about more flowers.
Had more rain this morning but seems to have stopped for awhile. Hopefully, it will not rain tonight so I can curl up to the TV and watch the baseball game , but then I guess I could watch a movie if does rain.
No rain today but have had it earlier in the week, but cool 62 and very windy. Glad it was no to warm because I think I lost my mind. Went to the post office , pharm and grocery store. Come home had lunch on the computer before I realized I left my groceries in the car,.
Oh well, I think that is telling me I need a short nap and then work on orders. I also need to take photos of items to add to my yarn shop.
