I don't have many parties. But, if I were to have one, I think I'd probably serve cheese in either cubes or small square slices.

Have you noticed that string cheese tastes different when you peel it than when you just eat chunks of it?

I do not do string cheese, although my nephew and mom cannot live without it.

I use deocative plates to serve my cheese for me it is about the cutters. I have a marble wire cutter and a handheld peel-style cutter and several fancy end slicing knives.
