Hello everyone! My name is Jennifer, I am the Poobird of Poobird's Rarities & Treasures. I live in SW Vegas and have just recently discovered this Etsy group. I am really excited to see so many Etsians living in Vegas! I was curious if anyone ever gets together or has labs or anything along those lines here?

I had a little shop in Dinosaurs and Roses but they lost their lease this month so I will be back to strictly Etsy sales. Which isn't a bad thing since Etsy is such a wonderful place. Anyway, looking forward to meeting some of you and I wish you all the best in your endeavors.

Hi My name is Valerie Cline of Cline Jewels on Etsy and Art Fire. I am very pleased to see that I had a invitation in my email for this group. I was looking for people who live in Vegas that makes jewelry so that we can get together some time and make it as a group. That would be awesome. Then I could find a new part time employee to help me out. LOL I do have 2 shops on line and I am making another one but I did lose my employee a couple of months ago and now I am exhausted. But I am still kicking and working on my sites listing new items daily.

I make jewelry to sell and i also sell beads and findings for others to make their jewelry as well. I do really good and my site at Art Fire is now picking up speed. It is still fairly new and holding its own right now. As I said, I am building a site with my domain name so it will be my site without a host site at the end of my name. I can not wait until it is done. Then I also have one other site that is also is done but it is going to be selling an item that Is on its way. It will only be selling these items for one company. It is a surprise so I do not want to ruin it yet. Once I get the items and get them listed and have my grand opening I will let every one know. I am sure a lot of you will be pleased.

Hi Valerie! I have been making jewelry just for fun for about a year now and have not yet had the guts to open my etsy shop yet. Whenever I think I'm going to I get discouraged by all the other details that go into a handmade business other than the actual crafting. I also just moved to Las Vegas about two months ago and am still trying to get my bearings with that. It's nice to see shops like yours with similar crafts to mine so it reminds me that it can indeed be done! Goodluck with the continued success of your shop.

Hi Everyone! My name is Tree and I just found you guys and I am very excited to be finally setting up an Etsy shop!
I am new to Etsy, new to Nevada, in fact I am new to the USA! I am from London England, I fell in love with an American and landed here!!
My shop is not live just yet, its called Prop Laundry, because originally I was a prop Maker for film and theatre. I am still filling it up and finding my feet, but when I open I will be selling rustic/shabby chic home and wedding Decor.

Hey everyone I was born in Las Vegas my name is William
I have had a beard for a while and never found any product I liked to condition and care for my beard so I made my own using all natural oils that benefit the hair and skin. I love it and use it almost everyday. and what to share it with others its filled with so much good stuff that you don't need a beard to use it. I just made my etsy shop. and looking to grow sales and maybe start wholesaling to local shops and barbers in town.

Hello! I am a military wife living in North Las Vegas, Hubby is up at Creech. I am so happy to have found that there artists living here! I haven't seen anything hinting around town. I am a metal worker working on a small clothing line of USA made products. I am looking how to and were to sell at here in town. We are from Washington State and galleries were everywhere. I have two boys under 2 1/2.

Hi! I just joined the team and am excited to hear about all the art and creativity in Vegas. We are not just a dusty desert...we are a creative community and I love it!

I have a tiny jewelry shop on Etsy. I used to sell supplies as well, but I now have a toddler and just can't keep up with the supplies shop. So just fun and creating jewelry for now.

I have just started attempting to sell at craft fairs and festivals. Hoping to get more involved in that arena. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone :) so pleased to be part of this team. I've been in LV most of my life (since 1969) and love it! I'm a life-long artist and crafter and my art can be seen at Blackbird Studios on Commerce St. and inside the Arts Factory in Jana's Redroom. My Hijinx items are available in my studio at Blackbird on First Fridays.

I've been on Etsy since 2006 for art and 2007 for Hijinx so I've seen lots of changes and mostly for the good. We sure have grown over the past 7 years :)

Hope to meet some of you fellow Etsyans sometime soon!

I make all the body products I use in my little "spa" which is a rented room out of Scandals Salon & Spa. Been making products for 10yrs and learning something new as I'm keen on research. I'm a great formulator, no brag just saying. Love spending time in the Krafty Kitchen making new scentsational sundries for Mind Body & Spirit.

I sell head wear and accessories that I crochet, but will eventually sell clothing as well. Hi everyone,

my name is Jen, people call me Baby Jane and I was born and raised in Las Vegas. I learned to macrame knot on a trip to Venice Beach with a friend as a young girl. She was so amazing!!
I now use that skill as a distraction from my dog's medical issues as well as a way to help with some of the cost of taking care of him as he ages. I've learned so many life lessons from my dogs and do everything I can to spend as much time with them as possible! Cricket sits at my feet while I craft and make bracelets, MJ guards the door and Jasper, well, he's just all over the place...
