I've noticed a lot of people asking for advice on running their shop, so I though I'd put a general critique offer out there :) If you're interested in feedback on photos, descriptions, SEO, etc (or your overall shop!) just post here, and I'd be happy to take a look!

Your photos could definitely stand to be brightened up a little. The white backgrounds look good, though, and I like the photos of bracelets hanging off the corner of a white shelf. Make sure to have at least three photos of each item.

I'm not so worried about your shipping prices as I am about you shipping your items safely. But I have a feeling you've already read my thread posts about that.

Otherwise I don't really have much to say about your shop. Just keep listing!

I realize you've only been open for a few days, but keep listing new items! Aim to have at least a full page of items if not several pages.

Hunger Games is copyrighted. Your shop can be shut down for selling copyrighted items.

Try taking photos on a plain, solid colored background (I personally prefer white). The patterned background you're using now is distracting and takes away from your items. Make sure to have at least three photos of each item.

Don't be afraid to bulk up your titles. Adding detailed words will bring more views to your shop. For example, your fish bracelet could have the title "Friendship Bracelet - Fish - Yellow, Blue, Orange, White, and Black - Macrame." Then use these detail words as tags- make sure to use all 13 tags as this is how people find you through etsy searches.

Make sure to fill out your shop policies. Many buyers will just move on to another shop if they have a question about shipping, returns, etc that isn't answered in the policy section or description.

Hi Carrie,

Your bracelets are beautiful, but I feel like the denim background isn't very flattering to them. They would pop out a lot more on a neutral background, whether white (my personal favorite), black, or brown (some people take great photos with wooden backgrounds). Otherwise, your photos are nice and bright- love that!

Adding more detail to your titles will bring you more views. For example, this listing: http://www.etsy.com/listing/103346437/large-friendship-bracelet-diamond
could be "Large Friendship Bracelet - Diamonds - Rainbow - Bright and Colorful." Then, use these same detail words in your tags- make sure you always use all 13 tags! This is how people find you on Etsy!

Otherwise, there's not much to say other than keep on listing!
