I recently had a sale for an item for 45.00, i paid shipping of 20.00. The purchaser was unhappy with the size although it was marked on the post. The item was returned today and i ended up refunding 45.00. This cost me $20.00. Did i follow correct protocol? I am sort of angry about the free shipping ads and percentage off. I am making no sales and when I do, i actually make very little or lose money. Comments please.
