I tried this recently since another team mentioned it in a thread, and it takes some time and this one time fee of 5$ I think. But you basically post up an ad here on http://www.welikeetsy.com/ and it seems like the more pages you like, the more you gain over time. So far I've gone from around 600 to a little over 1000 from using the site over the last month or so. Worth checking out though. :P
