the mri went well. i almost dozed off a couple of times, but it was just too noisy to relax enough to fall asleep. even with earplugs and little cushions next to my ears to keep my head still inside the machine, some of the noises were too shrill and loud to be conducive to relaxing that much.
i find out the results in early april (unless there is something seriously wrong, in which case i will probably hear something sooner).
the techs were fascinated with my wheelchair. they said it looks futuristic. one of them joked about taking it on a joyride when i was in the scanner. heh!
a lot of medical people comment on how futuristic my wheelchair looks. they use words such as "chic," "modernistic," and even "fashionalbe." i didn't choose it for its looks, but i definitely appreciate how it looks really nice. i tell people if i can't have a flying car, i'm happy to have a futuristic wheelchair!
