we just found out that there has been a loose piece of fiberglass insulation in the vents in our apartment that has been blowing fibers into the rooms every time the fan has been on (which is several times a day), ever since we moved in in july.
dh is going to call the building management, and i sent a message to my doctor asking if i need to come in and be seen. ugh.

i went to the doctor, and i am ok! my respiratory system is fine, so that's a relief.
the maintenance guys looked inside the vent and said there wasn't any loose insulation there, so i don't know what dh saw. *shrug* they did change the filter, though. the old one had been in there since before we moved in, and it should have been changed months ago. it was really dirty. now we have a fresh new filter on our ventilation system.
I am so glad that you and dh are ok. I am glad they changed the filter and it is all good now!
I am not really looking forward to New Years' eve, only because my dog is afraid of fireworks and there are usually quite a few of them that go off. I do like that saying too!!! :)
my first cat used to growl at fireworks. he also growled at thunder and at the blue angels when they did their air show during fleet week. he would hide under the bed and growl intermittently. that cat did not like boomy noises at all!
