Bad Transaction for Rodent Cages

On June 13th, I purchase a custom cage from her. She said it would be ready within 5-9 days. It's now a few days over a month later, and the order still isn't even marked as shipped.
I messaged her and she said she was sick. When I looks at her feedback, all her other sales she clames to be "sick" in, and she always sends them out late.

The cage was supposed to be a gift. And now I couldn't give it to them because it was so late. Just wanted to let you guys know... Watch out.

I'm having a problem too. Bought some dog shampoo June 27, he said he'd ship 2 weekends ago and still nothing. I messaged but no answer :-( Not a good way to open a shop!

I just filed a report today. Gave them plenty of time to respond to my several convo's & emails. Might have to file with Paypal too if I don't get satisfaction.

No, but she finally sent it out to me. And I barely got the cage 2 days ago. /: And she got mad at me because I left her negative feedback. The cages were very nice, and sturdy, but the door was too small to fit a wheel in. /: I had to take the wheel apart and then out it back together inside the cage. There was no way I was going to give her positive feedback if it took over 2 months to get my cage...

Thats the down side of etsy sellers. some arent as serious about their items.
I like to ship mine out NO LATER than two days after they are purchased. if i take any longer, i feel horrible and i ship it out priority mail even if it means i have to pay an extra two bucks or so out of pocket for shipping.

I am the same way, Sally. >_< Lol. But I make sure to tell them that it will be a day late or so. And yes, I wish people were more serious about Etsy. /: Etsy can be really fun, you get to do what you love. And some people just see it as a place to take peoples money. /:

I did get my money back when I filed with Paypal & left his 1st feedback as NEG.
I also feel the least buyers could do is leave feedback - even just hit the + or - just so I know they got it. barely cover shipping on my stuff but it gets be out of the house ;-)
