To follow people you have to click on their name and there should be a button saying follow. After you click the button it should say following> Hope this helps. :)
Following :) I could not get it to work with the app, if anyone else is having trouble, try using a desktop. Maybe my app is just buggy, but it wouldn't let me click people's names.
