Hello & welcome to the Fish Indie Etsy Team! We've been looking for a way to bring our network together in a way that artists can easily communicate with us and with each other. Feel free to create your own discussions if you have any questions you would like to ask the Fish Indie community's opinion for.

This thread is for everyone to introduce themselves to each other so we will start! If you are totally unacquainted with Fish Indie, we are a brand new subscription-based ad network designed to spotlight Etsy products on popular blogs that are relevant to your target audience. For only $10 a month, shop owners can quickly and easily generate a banner with one-click, and immediately have it published across our network of sponsors. It's an easy and affordable way to directly advertise to the demographic your shop is geared towards.

Hi everyone! My name is Deborah-I'm a self taught artist in love with metalsmithing! Originally from CT-now living in Atlanta Ga for almost 10yrs. I opened my shop in Aug 2010 and listed my first piece in Oct 10'-so it's officially 3 years selling this month! It's been a great experience thus far, and a learning one for sure! Hello, my name is Mara! I make photo transfers onto different types of mediums - paper, wood, tile, fresco, glass, and fabric jewelry. I've been using Fish Indie since about May and it has been great - I've gotten a little bit of exposure through the network and that's always beneficial!

I live in a suburb outside of Detroit, Michigan and when I'm not working on my shop, I teach 7-12 grade art. :D

Hi There,
I'm Cathy Davey and I have a shop called SALTI. I make and sell nautical bracelets for sailors and surfers. I started sailing when I was 8 and continued competitively. Then studied navigation in the Canadian coast guard. I know ropes and knots and love making these bracelets. People of all ages like to wear them which is cool. I have found that the usual guys who would never wear jewelry really like the bracelets. I think my bracelets are like the 'gateway jewelry' for guys. Lol

I make a manufacturer of Backpacks, Messenger Bags, Totes, Market Bags, Wallets and other small accessories for Men and Women, using Leather, Canvas, and Hemp Fabrics. We are obsessed with quality and durability and believe bags should last a long long time. Trends come and go, but our products are timeless...simple, minimalist, industrial and durable.
The bags found in our shop are made by our hands in our studio located in South Florida, USA. We also have an offsite shop: 1820bagco.com.
