I really enjoyed visiting your shop, your work is amazing! You have a great selection of items to choose from, and I think it's good you take custom requests. I love applique, but am not that great at creating it lol! My only advice would be to work on the photography of your items, which is something I'm working on myself. It's one of my biggest challenges! For example, the "Senior Citizen" Patch shows a lot of bright white where the flash hit it. A few others I noticed seemed pretty dark. How about photographing them outside in natural light? Please know that I'm saying all this out of pure kindness, and am in no way putting you down. I myself have been seeking constructive criticism, and wish I could get a good, honest opinion. You might also consider trying to find out what the "trends" currently are?! For instance, I know that the nautical theme is really popular right now (anchors, whales, etc.) I also know that chevron seems a popular request as well. Baby animals is also another one I get a lot. Names, initials, etc. Everyone is different though, and I would just really sell "special requests" and "custom made just for you"
A lot of people who shop here on Etsy love unique, handmade items.
Also, are you promoting your listings with Etsy? Are your tags clear and descriptive? Are you promoting elsewhere (Facebook, website, local ads, etc?)
Best of luck to you, I hope your shop takes off for you!!!
