My first time selling at a con was this year and I used Square because I had to manually enter cards (compatibility issue with reader and device) and Square charges less for manually entered transactions.
Anyway, next year I'm going to the same con and have a new device, and I want to use the Sell on Etsy reader because it will allow me to have more control over inventory and not have to take things down or close the shop while I'm away.
I'm worried though because it seems like the app is SO unstable. It crashes all the time and I would rather not deal with that while processing orders at a con. Does anyone have experience with the app in the wild?
