BNR stands for Buy-N-Replace. The curator sets up a treasury of shops, then sets up their rules in the comments. The idea is that you'll buy something from one of the featured shops. Then the curator removes that shop from the treasury and replaces it with yours! The following idea, of course, is that lots of new people will see your shop there and someone might 'buy you out' too! There's generally lots of good conversation and great people there.
Go look over some of the comments and you'll get the general idea pretty quickly!
