I need help with FB ads... (1st timer) I don't get the geo-gating whatchamacallit...

I don't understand why this isn't working... I keep getting these errors & their help pages aren't a help... lol

For example: I keep getting the same error, even when different countries are choosen but I really need the United States as my main target...

I don't get it, I don't understand that part... Everything looks like I've done it all correctly but nobody can view my landing page & that doesn't make sense at all... Can sombody help?

My landing page is to my Etsy shop... Having it go to my FB page doesn't work either... Why on earth can't people from the countries I selected work?

I've read & re-read all of the FB Q&A's and it seems like I'm doing everything right but... I'm still getting the same darn error!
