What is the best time to post on your FB page?

Last week we discussed how often you should post on your Facebook page. This week, let's take a look at the best times to post:

"There is no universal answer to the ‘When is the best time to post?’ question.

Each page must find its own sweet spot.

But here are the three most important factors to help you find the right answer for your page:

1) Know your audience: Check your insights and know when your fans are online.

2) Always experiment: Try posting at different times and compare the results (you could try posting 1-3 hours before peak time, then again at peak times, and finally 3-4 hours after peak times). See when you get the maximum reach and engagement.

3) Be engaging: Most importantly, post engaging content to avoid being buried in the competition for reach. As long as your content is well targeted and relevant, your audience will engage with it, ensuring that your page posts are shown to the maximum number of fans."

How do you decide when to post? Do you find any difference in reach / engagement when you post at specific times?

This is interesting Sahiba. I find if I post at Australian time from early morning (6am) to midnight I reach my Australian, New Zealand and some European followers.

After midnight I reach my American, Canadian and some European followers so it doesn't seem to matter. It's fun and rewarding to receive a response from them at anytime of the day or night :)

I think the best time is~~~~around 4 to 5 pm and as early as 6 am

I find the best time to post on a FB page is early in the morning on weekends or at 4:00pm on weekdays.
