I only post rarely because I'm quite disillusioned with Facebook. I'm not good at coming up with things to post about either, so that doesn't help.

I would like to post at least twice or thrice a week but always struggle with content. I like to engage with people on page and always conscious that I do not promote too much, it should have good mix.
Compared to likes engagement is low!
Can't complain, best effort☺

I post every few days and try not to make it all about My Products in an attempt to let people see my personality.
I have a personal website which is a work-in-progress and that has a Blog attached to it and when I post on the Blog, I can have it shared on FB and on Twitter. FB handles it in an 'odd' fashion when it arrives there...but, oh well...
I have found that if I want to be touching base with anyone who is connected to my Personal AND my Business Page, I have to post the same thing in both places. And, usually, I try to post a photo with any business-related information in the narrative area...otherwise, it won't be seen by anyone who is connected to the Business page...

I try to post daily. But I rarely reach that goal. I intersperse product ads with technical information and personal tidbits since most people who have 'liked' the site seem to be there for for the last two and not the first.

I try to post every two or three days on my FB page and one week per month I post everyday. Right now I'm a little behind.

I find when posting daily in short intervals my views stay high. However, if I continue to post daily for weeks on end my views drop. Not sure why but, it's consistent. :)
