Oh my goodness I LOVE your art and photos!!! Are you Scottish by any chance?

I'd say it's not so much your name that matters - your real name is fine I think it's the visual presentation of your logo that matters. Also, I think I started getting more attention when I started using templates for my thumbnails instead of the full size artwork - the shop looks much neater that way.

I'm new to marketing too. Renae Christine has a TON of great resources on youTube and Pinterest.

Thanks for the ideas! I'm glad you like my shop! I'm not Scottish, but my husband has decided to wear a kilt everywhere. Lol. He has a tiny bit of Scottish in him.

I redid all my listings several times before I was satisfied. What I ended up doing was making a couple backgrounds that I liked, then using them for ALL my listings. I took a screen shot of Etsy's thumbnail so I would know what aspect ratio to make my background. As you can see, most of my listings are just a smaller version of my image placed against my template background.

Shelly, yes he is silly, but after 27 years I think I'll keep him. Lol. I'm silly too so we are a good match, even if I do wear the pants in the family. Haha

lolol! That's so funny!! My husband is silly too but I can't picture him having the guts to wear a kilt. We've only been married 10 years. I wish I'd met him when I was younger.

My guy never wore anything that was in style or normal anyhow, so he was used to being stared at. He previously wore baggy pants made of colorful print fabrics with things he liked on them. Some had peppers, flags, Scooby-Doo and a whole lot of other stuff. (His mom makes clothing) so the kilt wasn't a huge change. :)
