Welcome to Etsy, Scott! :) I'm fairly new myself - been selling since last October. Are you here to make and sell items or to buy from others? If you're a seller, I think the main keys to success are product photography, marketing (tags, sharing on social media and in teams, etc), and posting a lot of items. If you're a buyer, you can create treasuries of things you like and things like that. :)
