How to use Etsy Reader W/O Connection to Wi-Fi

Hi, I've only had one show at a walk-a-thon for Ovarian Cancer (last year). I have an Android Tablet with Sell on Etsy loaded. However, I do not have a smart phone. There was Wi-Fi connectivity at my show, but it was so weak that i couldn't use it. So, unless I'm in a place where there is a strong Wi-Fi connection, I can't use my Android to process any in-person sales. Any suggestions on how I can use my Android to process sales with no internet connectivity?

Unfortunately, there really isn't a way to use the Etsy Reader without WiFi.
