I just would like to encourage everyone to favorite other Team members' shops, new items and also to follow the other members.

I'm not positive - but I think favorites lead to more views. It's a great way to support your Team members!

Yes, I agree. I think when you also favorite a particular item it receives more views. I'm going now to favorite items.
