I took the survey and just added what I felt was left out to the comment sections. I really hope they are able find a good system that is more accurate than the current one.

I noticed in the Team they setup for the fb system many muted have joined? And also in the prototype team.

That's going to be a fun ride....bring up the back end.

I fail to understand how they can force a customer to follow-up on fb. Heck, I have 17 Amazon fb's that I haven't answered....you don't see them reaching out with hook to pull me in for those.

Since I'm on a runner now......other seller's with huge fb number credits to their shops, POOR fb follow-uppers themselves for other seller's.....why is that?

I think so too. Most other venues have that kind of system and I believe it is all ready in the works with our shop grades.
