<~~~wheels still turning.....we could research a large, middle-of-the country art/craft show....then all apply, (and of course be accepted) and then make a long weekend of it...gathering before, during (when possible) and after. Fun to dream, huh?
Hmmm....that could be fun Denise. I just found out about one at Michigan State University in May. Of course the ap info is nowhere to be found (yep checked zapplication Jill) but it is supposed to be huge. Am awaiting response for University Activities Board that sponsors it for more info.
Speaking of shows...remember my show in November? Well I have now booked TWO quilts - 1 guestbook and one tshirt from contacts initiated there.
As for the cheesecake....yick, blech, patooey! Sorry but I was ridiculously sick after eating it when pregnant with son and 26 years later no way I can eat that stuff. The very texture of anything resembling cheesecake makes me feel ill.
I wouldn't have any trouble with my wardrobe as I have a number of Jill's goodies and love them! Wear a couple each week!
Smokey! Pretty kitty playing with Mum's yarns!
I got pretty kitty right next to me. She's lost a lot of her scaredey cat behavior over the last few days. No hissing, being scared at noises, etc. Just lovey dovey! : ]
Kay scroll down next to HABITS with man's hand on her: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scottish_Fold "Scottish fold with straight ears" her mouth smudge is on opposite side otherwise EXACT with black ringed tail! She's a looker I bet Smokey would fall in love! : P
Yes very cool breed. I bet Smokey says that! LOL Her name is Ben for Bengal Was a male then they switched places but she was already answering to that name! Don't know where he went but male that color super rare so someone probably took him in. Wanted him! He had one big black tiger stripe on one side! But purebred and people who raises them in the city not missing one. I called everywhere. I'm thinking she was a litter from pure male but momma was stray so they don't want them as they can't sell so just let them loose!
