artfire...

so,,, upstairs there is a thread complaining about artfire adding a commercial section to their site....

personally it might make me try them again just to get my pre-etsy inventory sold....


except i guess the default search is still handmade and supplies so it may be a bad idea...

personally, i have nothing against resellers. i just dont like them on here, pretending to be hand making stuff. but when its straightforward its just business.

thoughts?

I still think that it only works for those resellers that play by the rules. If search is still default to handmade or supplies and it costs more for commercial shops (I heard at one time the fee would be higher) why would a less than honest seller go for that. I know they can be flagged and moved or that had been mentioned at one time.
I left artfire in August for a variety of reasons and this was one of the reasons.

i am on AF, idk, i joined there because they did not have commercial section, i don't like it at all, i don't make many sales as is and if i have to compete with comercially made things,
