The Crocodile Stitch! Here is a very good tutorial http://yarn-muse.blogspot.com/2011/01/crocodile-stitch.html with videos too! I did a practice run of this, and after a while it is a pretty quick stitch to learn and looks awesome!

It's not really that bad to learn! I do recommend watching some videos first. Until I watched the video I was a little lost as to how to do it, but once I tried it I found that it can work up pretty quick. The trick is the increasing or decreasing if you are doing a hat or something. I gotta figure that one out still.
