They're increasing staff over the course of 6 months. It was never going to be an overnight miracle.
I seriously wouldn't want their job. I used to have to take calls and man emails on a daily basis about problems, and we'd go through hundreds of calls and emails a day. And then when you'd add all the multiples, people who give you no information about what is the problem, people being abusive.. it's a tiring job. I only had to deal with 120 stores and maybe 2,000 staff, I can only imagine how hard it is to deal with issues coming in from hundreds of thousands of users.
The only stores I've had taken down were ones where I could provide links that proved they were resellers. So if you've got the info, share as much as you can with them, makes it easier and faster for them to shut the resellers down.
