You need to title simple. the way people would put in as a search term. and tag to match. Relevancy is key now. Recency is no longer the default. So like P1xie said, simple title. you can now use 2-3 word tags. They must go together like....lounge pillow. not pillow necklace. That would still be tag stuffing. So an examle would be, lets use P1xies title. Dandelion photography print. there is your title. Your first 3 tags need to match as these are the first and foremost most important. So tag- dandelion print, photography print, flower print, flower photo, dandelion photo, yellow flower print, etc...
