Advice needed please!

I have a customer who commissioned me to make two custom Disney princess tiaras. I explained my process to him, how I don't solder metal and such, even sent him several pictures of my progress to make sure he liked what he saw. He paid for both before the second one was finished. I sent him a picture of the second one finished today and now he doesn't want that one. I've told him that is fine but I will only refund $20.00 of the price (materials) of that tiara since it was a custom order and took several hours to complete.

Does that sound fair or should I refund him more/less?

Could you sell it to another person?

Re: Advice needed please!

No, this is an item that I won't list in my shop due to Disney copyright. The only reason I did it in the first place was because it was a private commission. It was stupid of me to do it in the first place, I should have known better.

Okay got it. I was thinking may it be generic enough princess like that you could just list it as a princess tiara and not mention disney or it's inspiration at all.
In that case what you have offered is fair.
