Team Disappointment

I am very disappointed in the response to the Treasury I posted last night. There are 380 members on this team, and while I know they are not all activity members, I think a team treasury should get more that 7 comments. That’s not even half of the people featured and everyone got convo’s that they were in the Treasury.

Our leaders work very hard on this team. They know their stuff and are more than willing to share it with us. I think the least we can do is support each other. I am on a Treasury team where the members leave multiple comments, favorite the treasury, click and favorite the listings and a lot of those treasuries make it to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd pages.

Treasuries take time to curate but the lack of response has me wondering why I am doing this.

Mary Lou is right Team. We really have to appreciate the time and effort our teammates put forth to create team treasuries to promote our shops.

Treasuries are a big deal on Etsy; it's exposure and exposure is what leads to sales!!!

So please keep an eye out for treasuries featuring your items and when you are featured--and even when you're not, comment, favor it, click and heart items and share it!

We need MORE and MORE Team Treasuries not less. So please, let's support them with lots of Team spirit and enthusiasm!!

Hi Mary Lou, I'm sorry your treasury had a lukewarm response... that's definitely always disappointing. Since joining this team, whenever I am in a treasury, I do pin, tweet, comment, like and click (all items). Having said that, I admit I haven't had a lot of time to come and find treasuries from the team that I wasn't featured in.

Thanks for posting. This made me aware that I need to find the time to visit daily and support all treasuries.

Well, I always comment, heart, and share every treasury I'm included in. I do try to get to the other treasuries that are made but since there are so many made by the teams, I have a hard time getting to them all. I will try to do better in the future.

I wasn’t looking for apologies, I was just trying to raise awareness. This is a really busy time for all of us.

Maybe we need a thread where everyone can post their treasuries.

It would be good for us as a team to do more treasuries to promote on Etsy and I do have some ideas for us. After the holidays, once things slow down for everyone, I'll put somethings in the works!
