Our NEW Team Hashtag for INSTAGRAM!

Hi Team!

From all reports I've heard, Instagram is proving to be quite a viable platform for getting sales! So, I'd like to build a Following for our Team Instagram, http://instagram.com/etsymeetntweet. And to do this, I will be looking to do two things dynamically:

1. build a large Team Following and
2. repost our items

For the first goal - I'll need to follow people outside of the Team. This is unlike on Twitter, where I only follow Team members from @etsymeetntweet.

And following non team members will mean that I won't always know which posts/Items are from the Team. I could search for #etsymntt as I know many of you use it but so do a lot of other people now!! So this brings us to our second goal...

In order to distinguish Team posts, I'd like to introduce a NEW Team Instagram Hashtag:

#MNTTOI

Which stands for...Meet n Tweet Team on Instagram. No one else is using that! :)

So Team, if you add #mnttoi to your posts, I will be searching for them! Can't promise I'll get every one of them but I will be reposting away!...it's actually pretty fun!...I really like Instagram.

@Anne well the good thing with instagram...you just use it once and next time as soon as you start type #mn auto-suggest should kick in with the rest! :)

@Jan - :D no this all takes place on instagram! You add the hashtag there when you post your items - I'm still learning it too!...i have an account for my shop but haven't really been using it ...but i plan to!
