New Team Hashtag! Test Group Needed :)

Hi Team,

I have an idea for team retweeting that would create a closed loop between the team and the team's twitter @etsymeetntw that would help protect us from interlopers and also, I'm hoping, distribute retweets more fairly.


But before rolling this out to the entire team, I'd like to some testing. If I could have some volunteers that would be great!

Our new hashtag will be "Etsymntt"

with the extra "t" at the end for Etsy Meet N Tweet Team

To be in the test group, in your roundteam (leave the old settings for now) but add the following:

under "Followed"

from:etsymeetntweet, #etsymntt (see attached image)

and let's leave your etsy-fu unchanged for now. Instead if you could, manually post a few tweets from your shop w/ #etsymntt that would be great.

How important is roundteam? I don't think I have that. 'course I have so many social media thingies I might have it and not even realize!

@dorothy Roundteam's pretty important...they provide our auto retweets

Carolyn and Natalie and anyone else who would like to hep with this test, i need you to now

1. remove the old Roundteam settings so that you only have the new settings with #etsymntt

and

2. change your global hashtag in etys-fu to from etsymnt to the new etsymntt

I just updated my roundteam (for Bluestockinette shop-not Bluesbuzz yet) to the settings listed for both followed and followers.....What should the maximum # of retweets be set for-right no it's is set at 5??

Let's try this:

under "Followed" only (you can leave Follower without any team settings)

From:etsymeetntweet, #etsymntt
min rt interval 5 min
max per hr 12
profanity

no other settings

from:etsymeetntweet, #etsymntt tells roundteam to only retweet @etsymeetntweet when there is a tweet w/ our new hashtag.

If you wouldn't mind, would you convo me a snapshot when you have it set?
