Cannot get my items to get retweeted

I recently changed my shop name and rebranded my social media to match. However, when I did this I noticed that my twitter account is retweeting everyone else, but I am only getting like 9 retweets myself. This is odd because I usually get between 40-138. I have went in to EtsySocial and RoundTeam and updated my shop information but I am still not getting anywhere. I also set up auto tweets and none of them are getting tweeted. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I just opened a thread about Roundteam, but I've copied and pasted here:

Overnight, Roundteam removed the ability to have multiple configurations under their free account. So if you were using multiple hastags, words, or phrases, ALL of them have been paused. For example, I was using the team hashtag along with 2 others hashtags. I woke up this morning to discover I had RTd nothing, and nothing had been RTd for me.

Now, you are only allowed ONE free configuration...one hashtag, word, or phrase. However, you are still allowed ONE list as well. If you want more than one configuration, you have to pay the monthly fee.

I just want to put this out there, because if you have more than 1 configuration right now, NONE are going to work. You won't be RTing, and you won't get RTd.
