Over the last few weeks, the team has had a lot of changes, we are constantly getting bigger and more AWESOME by the day.
As we approach the busier season for us as Etsy Sellers, unfortunately some of our leaders have had to step down to concentrate on their shops and other ventures. They are still going to be team members however, and I would like to thank them for all their hard work.
This is where you come in! We are looking for NEW LEADERS!
I have created a little leader "Job Description" to outline what your role as a leader would involve. These might need to be tweaked depending on how many leaders we have, but it is a good guideline.

What is expected from you?
+ Inviting New Members
+ To promote team in one area of the social media, this could be Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, the mailing list or the Blog.
+ To read, keep up to date with and comment on the Etsy Forum.
+ To keep your ears and eyes open for all Etsy happenings, things we can get involved with and things we can share with the team.
+ To try to attend/take part in as many of the Team’s events as possible.
Being an Etsy Team Leader is quite a commitment, our team has grown significantly recently and team members expect BIG THINGS from the team.
I want us all to work together to continue to have an inspiring and useful Etsy Team for our members.
