I have attempted to upload an image of my WS packaging to the profile page under Business Images.
First I used the standard sized portrait photo as put out by my camera (left there as the first photo), but etsy "ate" right side of the image.
Then I read the small print (rare thing for me), and followed the stated instructions:
Your photos should be at least 812 pixels wide, 428 pixels in height, and in the JPG, GIF, or PNG formats.
I made the image EXACTLY this size, 812 x 428 (second image).
Again, right half of the image is gone.
What is the magic number for the size for this page......?
