Minimum quantity to order not for items...

I am very new here and would love your advice...
I would like to limit my wholesale buyer into a minimum of 20 items per order, In my case it doesn't have to be the same item 20 times, buyers can pick whatever item they like as long as they have 20 items in their cart.
My problem is that the system of uploading items is organized in a way that I have to declare the amount per item and not per order.
How can I unable my buyer to buy one of each and only limit them in the total of the purchase?
Does anyone have a suggestions for how to limit the amount of items a buyer might purchase.

Hi there,

I already answered that unfortunately we don't have a way to stop buyers from ordering a certain amount through Etsy Wholesale via email.

However, if any other sellers have suggestions for how they've possibly limited sales for specialty items on the Wholesale site, I'm sure there are a bunch of other members who would love to hear it!
